This year Spoonful of Sugar Festival, “The Sweetest Fundraiser in Second Life” is taking place in beautiful French Polynesia! With over 250 designers, patrons, performers and builders, this gridwide event benefits MSF/Doctors Without Borders, The Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF) an international, independent, medical humanitarian organization that delivers emergency aid to people affected by armed conflict, epidemics, natural disasters and exclusion from healthcare. MSF offers assistance to people based on need, irrespective of race, religion, gender or political affiliation.
